An excellent opportunity has arisen for an intelligent graduate to join the Finance and Banking division of this leading recruitment company.
Joining a successful team for one of the UK's leading recruitment firms, you will be focusing on two of the most bouyant sectors of the industry. As the finance and Banking market experiences their busiest periods to date - you will be recruiting the business professionals for the investors and global banks that set the pace for this growing market. Focusing at the senior end, you will be dealing with individuals within corporate finance. Average salaries of such candidates will be anything from 70K to 130K plus.
Upon joining you will be trained on all areas of the finance and banking markets, ranging from corporate finance to commerce and industry. Alongside this, you'll also be trained on all areas of recruitment from pitching clients to headhunting candidates, closing deals and negotiating fees. As you develop as a consultant, there will be excellent opportunity for career progression and you will be pushed as much as you push them.
The successful candidate will be an intelligent and dynamic graduate from a top university. You will be an ambitious, creative, driven and hard working individual who will be able to think outside of the box. You will preferably have some sales experience, combined with knowledge of the financial markets. Personality and enthusiasm are a prerequisite!
