Chiller Engineer
Lucrative opportunity within London for an experienced mobile chiller engineer to work for one of the largest maintenance contractors in the South East. The role pays a very competitive £30 000 per Annam, working 8-5 days and provides 25 days holiday per year. A very attractive role that won't be around for long!
Main duties will include PPM / reactive maintenance on all associated equipment; Operate and monitor all plant and equipment safely: maintain up to date records of work carried out on the plant and equipment within the site manuals and complete site log books; carry out any reasonable reactive requests of the client including M&E, HAVOC and general maintenance; To comply with the client safety rules and to maintain a high standard of discipline; Join the on call roster as and when required - the frequency of this rota may change with reasonable notice being given to the employee. To submit all relevant technical paperwork as detailed in the Engineers policies and procedures pack or requested by Supervisor.To comply with 'permit to work' systems and risk assessments and undertake as required.
It is essential to have extensive knowledge of chiller maintenance along with C&G refrigeration and airconditioning qualifications and C&G safe handling of refrigerants qualification. Experience of building services plant / hvac maintenance is also a requirement.
Salary: £30000.00 per annum + vehicle, OT etc
