A leading construction recruiter based minutes from the Strand is actively seeking 2 sales orientated graduates to become apart of their rapidly expanding team. Having been voted as one of the Top 100 Companies to work for by The Times, you will be recruiting for the buoyant construction sector on projects such as the 2012 London Games, River Thames Developments and Corporate Real Estate.
On joining you will be given a 2-week training induction where you will learn all aspects of recruitment- from advertising and interviewing candidates, to tendering for new business and finalising deals. Once you have successfully been through training you will immediately work on a number of assignments while shadowing some of the companies' top billing consultants.
It is essential that you are of graduate caliber, have experience of the Business-to-business sales environment and are not be afraid of picking up the phone. Your basic salary will vary dependent upon your skills and experience, and targets will relate to your position within the company. This role will involve the full recruitment 360, and is all target-driven - you will need to enjoy working as a team.
