Woking out of the hustle and bustle of busy offices minutes from the Strand, as a trainee you will be working alongside a team of 7 of the companies top billing consultants where you will learn various aspects of both recruitment, Headhunting and the Construction Industry. Within 3 months of shadowing senior consultants, combined with further internal and external training you will be promoted to consultant where you can start managing your own clients, candidates and desk as if its your own business.
Clients will include some of the biggest contractors responsible for the Olympic Games projects, and candidates will vary within the senior levels and include positions such as Quantity Surveyors, Architects, Project Planners and Design Engineers. As you are dealing with the senior end of the sector salaries start around the 50K mark and often rise into the six-figure bracket.
To be successful at this company and be given the time and investment into your training programme, you must have the following abilities:
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Business to business sales experience
- A strong education ? preferably to degree level
- Some knowledge or prior experience within Construction, Property or Real Estate
- Ambition, enthusiasm and hunger to earn money
- Ability to liase with people at all levels ? from Global CEO's to on site project managers
- Excellent presentation skills
