Accomodation in London urgently required

I am looking to rent a property as soon as possible. i am a third year mature student with possibilty to pay rent up to 230 per week.this will be paid by my student loan- as i am a single parent i get 9000 per academic year(9 months). this would be if necessary supplemented by housing benefit depending on the rent of the property.In addition i have a guarentor if required. I am looking for a 2 bed flat or house(Not room) although a one bed flat in the right area would be considered.Payment of the property would be done by direct debit ensuring you peace of mindIf you have a property available please contact me as soon as possible as i urgently require accomodation.
