Position: Beauty Salon Manager (Training given)Locations: Hammersmith, London W6.Start Date: As soon as possibleQualifications:You must have min of NVQ Level – 3 (0r Equivalent) in Beauty Therapy & Massage with over 2 years of Salon experience. CIDESCO is an advantageTreatments we offer: Waxing with Brazilian and Hollywood Bikini, Luxury Manicure and Pedicure, Eye treatments, Facials, Make-up, Swedish Full Body Massage, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage, Thai Massage, Eye Lash Perm, CACI-Non Surgical Face and Body Treatments, Decleor Face and Body Treatments, Electrolysis and IPL – permanent hair removal,Experience: You must be able to do most treatments we offer without supervision. Position: Permanent Full time, Mon to Sat, 48 hrs per weekBeauty Therapists with massage qualifications required for an exclusive Holistic Health and Beauty Salon in London. We are a Decleor Gold Salon. We use Decleor, CACI, and IPL etc with many holistic therapies in a tranquil environment. You must be fully qualified up to NVQ – Level 3 or equivalent, be able to work with minimum supervision and be available to be trained to senior Beauty Therapist position and to progress into Salon Management. You must be happy, energetic, positive person able to work under pressure and be able to get on well with both staff and the clients. You must be fluent in English, computer literate, numerate, good telephone manner, punctual and a responsible, matured person.We pay and provide an Internal and External training programme to help you carry out all above Health and Beauty Treatments we offer, to progress into Senior Beauty Therapist position and subsequently, if suitable into Salon Management. You can earn £7.50 ph, plus bonus after successful completion of our training programme in Beauty Therapy. Salon Managers can earn over £10 ph.We provide a Three month Training programme. During your 3 month training period, we pay a basic minimum wage of £5.52 ph. After 3 months training we pay £1,460 per month (gross) + a bonus.Training consists of:-Holistic Spa Therapies-CACI Non surgical face and body treatments-Decleor Training-Electrolysis-IPL – intense pulse light hair removal-Salon ManagementThe Company will pay for all Occupational Training requirements and it is a Condition of Employment that you agree to a deduction from your wage, at an agreed rate, to meet the cost. You may also be required to sign a Reimbursement of Training fees agreement should the cost of training not be fully recovered during the Training period. Opening Hours: Monday to Friday - 8 am to 3pm and 3pm to 10pmSaturday and Sunday – 9 am to 7pmWe are open 7 days a week and you should be prepared to work 5 to 6 days per week including weekends.Visa: Valid EU work visa is required.
