Tennis Club Manager
The Putney Lawn Tennis Club in South West London is the 2nd oldest Tennis Club in London.The Club has 10 outdoor courts,a great clubhouse which includes bar,food service,big screen TV,snooker table and changing/shower facilities.The club has approximately 650 members including senior members ,offpeak,junior and social.We are looking for a full time Club Manager to replace the current manager who is leaving in February.The Managers duties include:-General day to day administration of the club (including banking and accounting on Sage)-Communicating with members using club email-Attending monthly Committee meetings-Organising Club Tennis Tournaments (with the help of coaches)-Organising weekly Club nights-Co-ordinating the running of the bar and kitchen with bar manager-Keeping a check on what maintenance is required for the courts and clubhouse-Organising Social events with the help of social committee-Socialising with members and promoting Club activitiesThe successful applicant will be an organised and self- motivated person.An interest in tennis would be an advantage.Please email your CV to Chris or Phil at the email address at top of this page
