Must have:Excellent class programming skills.A current swimming instruction qualification. A current lifeguard qualification.A current CPR certification.Excellent instructing skills.Previous experience of supervising a team.Must have strong interpersonal abilities and be approachable to members and other employees.Desirable:Previous experience of Swimming Co-ordination.****CRB NEEDED****
