We are a busy sports centre in central London looking for team players who have heaps of enthusiasm, a positive attitude and experience in working in a customer-led environment. You will have a drive for success, a passion for excellent services and want to work in a stimulating, fast-paced and results-driven organisation. As a receptionist you will be one of first people our members and guest meet when they genter the club and positive first impressions are vital. You will based in the Front of House and meet and greet the majority of our members together with answering telephone calls from perspective and exsisting members and therfore an excellent telephone manner is essential. This can be a busy role and you need to be able to work under pressure at times. The role also involves maintaining the hygiene and cleanliness of the centre and helping out in other areas of the club where necessary. The ideal candidate must hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification, be a confident communicator and understand the importance of being a real team player. The role will involve member interaction, programme reviews, developing gym challenges, maintaining the cleanliness of the equipment and setting up and running gym based classes. The ideal candidate must have Reps 2 as a minimum qualification, have good communication skills and understand the importance of being a real team player.
