We have an immediate start available for at least 10 more staff to work for well known health clubs in a membership sales capacity on an ongoing basis - 40hrs plus/week paying £8.15/hr. We are looking for bright, confident and personable candidates with a genuine interest in sport and leisure. Your role will be to talk to prospect members about the benefits of joining a gym, conducting a needs analysis to find out how and where they have exercised before and what they are looking to achieve before taking them on a tour of the gym facilities. you will then go through a price presentation, sell the membership and book the person in for a gym induction. You will also be expected to make follow up telephone calls, take referrals and follow these up on the phone and carry out ad hoc promotional duties.It is essential that interested candidates are bright, personable and have had previous procatiove sales experience. We are also keen to hear from individuals who have previously worked in health clubs as instructors, front of house, duty or fitness managers.Typical hours of work will be 10-6 or 12-8pm, you may well be required to work over the weekend too. Rate of pay is £8.15/hr.
