Swimming School Manager
Swimming Nature is looking for a Manager for a London Venue in their Swimming School portfolio.Teaching over 8000 students per week, Swimming Nature is the UK’s leading independent swimming academy. The main programme teaches children to swim in private and semi private lessons however there are also growing programmes on offer for Babies, Adults and Schools too.The position involves the day to day management of swimming Nature programmes along with the students, parents, staff members and a significant schools and holiday programme. This centre demands a capable and experienced Manager who is able to address the immediate needs of the facility and its stakeholders.We are looking for a candidate who can make immediate improvements. A confident, customer focused Manager who can also develop and lead a team of both experienced and inexperienced staff. Reporting directly to the Operations Director, The successful candidate must be able to provide objective feedback to ensure the continuous growth and expansion of the centre.A Manager with knowledge of swimming school operations would be advantageous. Moreover, the candidate must be Computer Savvy, assertive and with a keen eye for detail.
