My client is a Banking and Financial services recruiter predominantly focusing on the Retail banking markets. As a result of their continued success they have found themselves in the enviable position of having to grow their team to cope with the volume of business they have on the go.

They are looking for an experienced Banking and Financial services recruiter who is looking to move away from the constant sales calls and wants to develop their client relationship management skills. This is a very busy desk so you wouldn't be twiddling your thumbs!

The ideal candidate will have;-

? At least 2 years banking/financial services recruitment experience gained within a recruitment agency environment.
? The ability to work under pressure and cope with high volume vacancies
? Excellent communication skills
