Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
A Privately owned building services company is currently seeking a fully qualified and experienced mechanically biased building services maintenance engineer to be based at a very prestigious tourist attraction site in the NW 1 area of Central London. Responsible for 30 plus plant rooms on a vast site, candidates must have previous experience of covering the maintenance and repairs to pumps, valves, AHU's, boilers, calorifiers, chilled water plant etc. The successful candidate will be the sole reprehensive on site for the company but will be backed up by specialist mobile engineers including combustion and air conditioning engineers.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a very pleasant and interesting environment for a very progressive organisation operating on a day's only basis, Monday to Friday 8 to 5.
