Maintenance Electrician
My client based on a very corporate site in the city of London is looking to recruit a highly skilled Building Service Electrical Engineer to join their team on site.
The main purpose of the role will be to cover all PPM and Reactive Maintenance on all site equipment, from AHU's, FCU's, 3 phase, fire alarms and cctv (not essential to have experience).
Although the position is Electrical some working knowledge of Pumps, Air Con and Motors would be a benefit.
Skills
· City and Guilds parts 1 and 2 (or equivalent)
· 16th Edition
· Building service experience (Not installation)
· Some mechanical knowledge
· Experience with BMS (not essential)
· Good customer service attitude
· Ability to translate to the client the technicalities of work carried out
