Trainee Account Manager ? IT and Technology Recruitment
Situated only minutes from the City, one of the leading IT and Technology sales recruitment Companies are actively looking for 2 sales focused graduates to become part of a new division of successful consultants working with blue chip companies throughout the technology and IT industries.
The job begins with a 2 week induction which will allow you to learn all aspects of recruitment, ranging from advertising to screening candidates, to generating new business and closing new deals. Once you have progressed successfully through the training process, you will be introduced to three of the companies' largest accounts where you will be working on a variety of positions from juniors up to Director Level.
The Job involves working within a highly social team atmosphere placing candidates for some of the biggest names in the billion pound IT and Telecoms Sector. In this role you will be placing a range of sales professionals from Junior Telesales Staff up to Corporate Account Directors, with salaries ranging from 20k right up to 100k plus. Offering one of the most competitive commission structures within the industry, you will be getting 25% of everything you bill meaning most consultants make up to 35K+ within their first year.
To be successful you must be of graduate caliber, have some Business-to-Business sales experience and a keen interest in the technology sector. You will be confident, sales focused, motivated, excel in a team environment and have the ability to liaise with people at all levels.
