Base to £35,000 DOE + 25% Commission
Originally an Industrial/Driving agency, this successful company started five years ago, and has branched out into many other sectors including Banking. A Senior Consultant is needed for a new office handling the Banking and Insurance sectors. The successful applicant will start up a desk in Banking, moving from asset management into private client banking. There is an excellent package on offer including up to 25% commission and the potential to earn £40k on top of your basic.
To be considered you must have a solid background of city experience within the banking sector and must know the London markets well. This is a complete 360 recruitment role - as it is a start-up there will be a huge emphasis on new business development, including cold calling and client visits. You will therefore need to be very confident and able to follow new leads, as you will work very hard on customer retention. They will be concentrating on perms but there is a facility for temps work as well. Once up and running, you will be expected to bill between £200k - £250k pa, so you will need a proven track record of good sales.
