Mechanical Fitter
Our clients are currently seeking a Mechanical Engineer to work on a static site in Farnborough.
Duties will include; Planned and Reactive Maintenance on all equipment and building services, the upkeep of maintenance records, the monitoring of plant via the BMS system, supervision and monitoring of subcontractors and participation in out of hours call out rota.
Requirements of the role are: Minimum of 5 years experience in building services maintenance, C&G certification, NVQ or equivalent, experience in maintaining portable water systems in accordance with current legislation, experience in maintaining sanitary systems and services and excellent communication and customer service skills.
