Plumber
Our clients are currently seeking a Mechanical Engineer with a plumbing bias to work on a static site in Farnborough.
Duties of the role will include; planned and reactive maintenance tasks on all equipment and building services, upkeep of maintenance records, monitoring of plant via the BMS system, supervision and monitoring of sub contractors and participation in the emergency call out rota.
Requirements of the role are; C&G or NVQ in plumbing, knowledge of unvented hot water systems, minimum of 5 years experience within building services, experience of maintaining portable water systems, experience in maintaining sanitary services and systems and excellent communication skills.
