Hi, I'm looking for a self contained studio for myself and and a very well behaved cat called Sam.
Sam will need access to a garden and I would like all the usual appliances in a seperate kitchen area.
Sam doesn't scratch furniture, is fully housetrained and sleeps in his own bed.
