Fulltime permanent position, 18-20k depending on experience
Great opportunity to be part of a small friendly company based in North London that has been in business for over 10 years, providing IT services to the SME market. The team currently consists of full-time support technicians, project manager and admin support. This is an exciting post for someone who wants to contribute to our growth.
You will have the skills to provide technical support, to include: installation, configuration and support of network servers, desktop PC's, laptops and other network peripherals. In particular, you will have experience of administering a Windows 2000/2003 network (Active Directory) and Exchange 2003. In addition experience with installing / configuring firewalls and setting up VPN's is essential.
You will have a computer or engineering related qualification from a UK university with 2 years experience in a support role. You will have strong customer facing skills, be a strong communicator with both technical and non technical information and people. You will have strong analytical skills.
MCSE, CCNA and CITRIX would be an advantage but not essential.
Due to the customer facing element of this role your command of English must be excellent
