My flat mate and I are off to far and distant lands, and it is with regret that we have to pass on our beautiful flat!

The boring bits…
Rent is GBP565.50 each per month (not including bills – which are usually low because the flat keeps really warm)… and a deposit of GBP1500 is required between you. This is going through an agency as well so there will be some fees and reference checks etc.. (annoying but worth it for the beautiful flat!)
It's a short walk to the tube, or there's a bus that takes you straight to Oxford Street… Brockwell Park is beautiful in summer and just on your doorstep… and it's 5 minutes into trendy Clapham…
We will be moving out on the weekend of the 16th Feb… but this could be negotiable…
