We have a double bedroom available in our four-bedroom house in Fulham for a friendly, laid-back professional in their late 20s/early 30s. The house is in a great location, 5 minutes from Fulham Broadway tube and all the local shops and restaurants.
You would be living with three 30 year old professional Aussies (two girls, one guy), who enjoy going to the pub, watching sport and movies, travelling and socialising. Our household is fun and social, but if you're looking for a hard-charging, seven-nights-a-week party house, please look elsewhere. Non-smokers only please.
We have Sky+, including Setanta sports (good for the AFL and rugby), wireless internet, and a cleaner comes in once a week.
The house has a large kitchen, nice lounge room, one bathroom with separate toilet, no dining room table and a separate laundry. The room has a built-in cupboard and some shelving, with a nice outlook.
The room is GBP520 per month plus bills (approx GBP100).
Available from Saturday 1st March.
Ideally, you'll have a stable job and are looking for somewhere to live long-term. Bond and 4 weeks rent will need to be paid in advance.
