I am a full time working mum who is re-adjusting after recently becoming a single parent and i will have the deposit paid by the local authority on their deposit assistance scheme and possible top up of very minor housing benefit. Let the housing benefit not put off any potential landlords as i will not be relying on the tiny fraction of it that i would be entitled to to pay your rent. Rent will be paid by direct Debit if required. I am a very clean professional person and your house or flat will be very well taken care of and respected and your rent will be delivered on time and in full every month.
