I am looking for a 2 bedroom property for myself and my 13 year old daughter in the Enfield Chase/Town, Southgate, Oakwood or Winchmore Hill area. I am a reliable, honest and tidy tenant and have references for the last 3 years from my current landlord and lettings agent. I will be claiming housing benefit which has always been paid on time directly to my landlord by Enfield council. I have to move because my landlord wants to sell.
