The room has a big single bed with draws, desk and stool, it own TV, chest of drawers and bedside table. No wardrobe.
The house is outstanding, with a nice new kitchen, a wonderful garden with gazebo and patio, two toilets, a lovely reception with leather sofas, washing and drier, and ALL comforts. Easy car parks . Sky Tv in the reception. Fast Wi Fi BB all over the house.

The rent is GBP320 a month with NO kitchen use or GBP400 a month inclusive of breakfast and dinner, cooked by my daddy who was a professional italian chef. In both case the rent includs all bills, except gas and electricity. The deposit is GBP450.
You must be between 18 and 28, professional, no smoker, loving privacy, be QUITE and friendly, trustable and reliable, referenced, capable to follow all the rules of the house and the cleaning rota, VERY VERY CLEAN AND TIDY, respectful of others privacy.
