Apart from your bedroom you will also have a private dressing room / lounge / study. This is ideal if you study part-time or do a lot of work from home, because your bedroom always remains a place to sleep and relax while the other room is meant for work and mental effort.
The bedroom is not very large, as you can see from the picture, but when you have guests around you simply roll the bedside table away and fold out another section of the bed which is neatly tucked away underneath.

Our house is a gorgeous international shared home, it's fully furnished - down to a pizza cutter and a garlic press - and tastefully decorated throughout.
We have a stunningly beautiful open plan kitchen/dining room with very stylish integrated appliances, beautiful black granite worktops as well as a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier.
Smoking is allowed outside only. Lounging in our pretty back garden is great during summer, we've got all the essentials for weekend get-togethers.
The house is just down the hill from the the Muswell Hill Broadway, and its trendy boutiques, good value charity shops, übercool pubs and great selection of gourmet and fast food restaurants. There is also a large Marks & Spencer food hall, a Sainsbury's supermarket and an Odeon Cinema in the village centre.
Muswell Hill is not on the underground (it is either too hilly or too posh for a wormhole), so here's a few routes into the city you might want to consider:
a) the 24hr bus 43 towards London Bridge Station or
b) the 24hr bus 134 towards Tottenham Court Road for Highgate underground station (Northern Line)
c) bus 102 towards Edmonton Green or
d) bus 299 towards Cockfosters for Bounds Green tube station (Piccadilly Line)
e) bus W7 to Finsbury Park (Victoria and Piccadilly Line),
There is free parking in our street and we have easy access to the North Circular, 24hr Tesco and the Friern Barnet retail park - just 5 minutes away.
Rent is paid monthly in advance, and a deposit equal to 1 month's rent is required. The lease is flexible, only one month's notice is required before you vacate your room, and you can give notice at any time during the month. That means you don't end up paying for your room if you don't live there any longer.
