I'm looking for a clean and TIDY! person. Non smokers are preferred.
The flat is nice. A cleaner will be coming every two weeks to clean it. There is a big living room with open plan kitchen. The bathroom has been recently redecorated.
Rent is 122 pounds per week. All bills are included in the rent (Gas, water, electricity, Council tax, cleaner).
Deposit is 530 pounds. (one month rent and deposit need to be paid in advance).
The flat is only 4 min walk to Sainsburys' and 5 min by bus to ASDA, very close to several shops and off licences all around.
The flat is just 4 min walk from New Cross Gate underground station (7 minutes to London Bridge). It's also just 1 min walk from the bus stop (21, N21, 53 (24 hours bus), 453 (24 hours bus), 172, P13).
