I have a single room available for rent in my house which is available immediately.
The location is Harold Wood, near Romford, Essex (London Borough of Havering). The house is clean, well decorated and it has a garden. The lounge is combined with a dining room, and you will have full use of this like me. This is not a "house share" as such, but my home. As you can probably imagine it is cleaner, quieter and much better equipped than many house shares because I live there.
The location is close to a large Tesco supermarket, and it is 10 minutes walk from Harold Wood train station (Zone 6). The train station is on the Liverpool Street line, and it goes via Stratford where there are connections to the underground and DLR. The house is also located 10 minutes away by car from the M25 junction 28, and it is close to the A12 and A127.
The rooms is only available to non-smokers.

The rent is GBP433 per calendar month. I want to to rent the room out for at least 6 months, but preferably one year. I will need a deposit of 2 weeks rent in advance to reserve the room, plus the initial months rent upon moving in.
The house is also close to the South Bank University.
Broadband/Wireless internet connection is also included.
