The room and house

The house has a large, modern fully-fitted eat-in kitchen (including dishwasher) and large living room. Bathroom has a lovely power shower, which you would share with just one other. The house has broadband internet, a landline and full sky package.
The location
The house is well located for transport links: 7 minutes walk to Clapham junction (where trains into Victoria and Waterloo take just 7 minutes) and Wansdworth town mainline stations and 2-minutes walk to bus stop for local connections to Fulham, Putney, Wimbledon etc. The area has excellent local amenities: bars, restaurants, supermarkets, gyms etc, and the house is only 10 minutes walk to Southside shopping centre and cinema complex.
The housemates
The other housemates are two girls and two guys; all young professional in their mid-late twenties. We are looking for a non-smoking considerate, friendly housemate who is clean and tidy! No couples please.
The price
