Hi ya, I have a double room to rent or a single room. My house is a 15 minutes walk or a 5 minutes bus journey to middlesex uni, trent park and Oakwood station the Piccadilly Line (zone 5). It is a 27 minutes tube journey from Oakwood tube station to Central London. You can also take the overhead rail from Enfield Town to Liverpool Street which takes 30 minutes or from Enfield Chase to King's Cross St.Pancras underground station which takes 26 minutes. This means that public transport is very accessibly from the house. The local town centre is a 15 minutes walk from the house and has just been recently modernized with lots of trendy shops. The night life in the local town is very friendly and there are lots to do for all ages. If you fancy going to Central London late at night there are night buses that will take you straight from Central London to Enfield Town.
The house has wireless broadband. there is a tv in ur room. There is also a dinning room, living room with sky tv, conservatory, kitchen and garden all of which will be available for use. the rent is 130 pounds a week deposit of 260 pounds and 1 week rent in advance inc bills for double and 105 pounds a week deposit of 210 and 1 week in advance for the single.
