hey dudes. room for rent for 3-4 months,available from 1st of march to june and some. room is good size but area is brilliant. its a small,modern flat with all furniture.sharing with 3 people,a couple with ensuite.so theres a bathroom for yourself and one other guy.
rent and bills normally amount to under GBP500 a month all inclusive. (council,water,gas and elec.,sky)+ GBP345 for bond. rent is paid the usual one month in advance. the room has a double bed,wardrobe and some drawers.there is 2 fridges in the flat so will share with one other person.everyone is aussie in the house,so happy days.everyone is friendly and outgoing and dont mind the occasional drink and party. the flat is situated right behind sheperds bush green,five minute walk to hammersmith and short bus to notting hill.
major buslines are really close including train lines, central line,hammersmith and city, and district and piccadilly at hammersmith. the sky package has free overseas calls to oz and few other countries and is set up for broadband.thats about it. ps non smoking,but can smoke outside in courtyard.(good for bbq too!) dean, 07956226115 after 7pm.
