Wanted: 2 Bedrooms Garden Flat in Kentish, Tufnell or Archway
We are a couple of Professionals. I am a Corporate Accountant working in Mornington Crescent and my partner is a Sales Manager at Selfridges (both permanent positions). We are originally from France, both non-smokers and we are looking for a flat to rent on a long term basis which would have an outside space (either garden, terrace...)
It would be nice to have:
- Two bedrooms (including one double bedroom)
- A good sized kitchen with modern units,
- One living room,
- One bathroom,
- Unfurnished basis
We would like to find that property either in Kentish Town, Tufnell Park, Archway or Crouch End area.
Our budget would be around GBP1,200 per month (fexible depending on the property)
We are flexible for the moving date as we are paying our current flat on a weekly basis now. We can provide great references from previous landlord and more if needed (Bank, Company's references...etc)
