This is one of the finest spas in Berkshire with newly refurbished treatment rooms and a wide range of fantastic therapies on offer.
To complete this professional and very friendly team they require a Spa Receptionist with a bright, bubbly personality and 5 star standards of customer service.
You will have spent at least 12 months in a luxury spa environment as a receptionist and understand the importance of a welcoming approach and exceptional service. The successful candidate will have good computer/administrative skills able to maintain the database, respond to queries, emails and faxes and take bookings. Other responsibilities include ensuring a clean, tidy reception area, stock control/stock ordering and cashing up at the end of a shift.
Salary on offer is GBP13000 - GBP14000 + bonuses. Accommodation is available if required.
