We are working with one of the fastest growing and most successful leisure organisations in the marketplace today, as a not for profit organisation they are winning numerous contracts London-wide to manage the leisure facilities that are currently being run in house. This has created an unprecedented demand for quality operational duty managers and with their outstanding track record in staff development they are a much sought after employer in the lead up to 2012. Interested candidates must be able to demonstrate previous supervisory/managerial experience in a leisure centre, a passion for service delivery, an excellent knowledge of health and safety and current and up to date qualifications including at least 3 of the following, a Pool Plant Operators Certificate, Current NPLQ, First Aid at Work and a fitness qualification.
