We are a well-funded startup developing a new product that will transform the online music industry. We offer a dynamic and challenging experience within a highly creative and entrepreneurial work environment. This is an opportunity to join the founding team and have a key role in defining a brand new service.
We're looking for highly motivated people who are exceptionally bright, well organised, and see the possibilities rather than capabilities of technology. You'll work in a small team at all stages of development, to create an innovative site for a global audience.
Term: Permanent contract with 3 month probation period
Salary: GBP neg depending on experience

SKILLS:
* Proven experience designing sites that are simple to use, and pleasure to see
* A focus on user centered design, and high level of user empathy
* A passion for crafting semantic, accessible and standards compliant mark-up (HTML + CSS) that works across browsers
* Sound knowledge of JavaScript and DOM manipulation
* A good understanding of AJAX techniques, when not to use them, and the principles of progressive enhancement.
