Windows Desktop Support Engineer sought by leading provider of contextual advertising to provide support to a range of clients on their Windows based systems. The company has experienced rapid growth and been recognised by both the Inc 500 and Deloitte Fast 50 lists. This role will support clients / staff in three European offices (London based, possible travel to France). The role will include front end, telephone and Blackberry support / administration.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills, enthusiastic and customer focussed
* Ideal candidate will also be able to communicate fluently in French
* Strong experience with Windows desktops, Active Directory Administration, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Blackberry, MS Exchange, Windows 2000/2003/2003R2, WSH, Backup Exec.
