Java Developer / Java J2EE Programmer sought by innovative Web 2.0 social networking start-up to design and develop Greenfield Java J2EE applications and systems across the full development lifecycle, including both Java server side (Unix shell-scripting) and web front end (JavaScript, DHTML, AJAX) applications. They are seeking developers with a passion for software engineering keen to be at the forefront of technology.

Requirements:
* Strong experience as a Java developer
* Bright and analytical with good communications skills
* Degree educated
* Desirable skills include Linux, source code analysis tools, XML, SOAP, PostgreSQL, C++, Apache plug-ins, Java Applets, browser plug-ins.
