Care Assistants Required
Experienced care assistants required for nursing home work in London. The suitable candidates must have at least one years formal care experience in a similar environment such as a nursing or residential home or general hospitals. Candidates should also preferably hold or be working towards NVQ level 2 or 3. Please note we cannot accept applications from those with ONLY previous domiciliary care experience. The work offered will be on an ad-hoc shift basis and full time hours are available. An advanced knowledge of personal care procedures is a must.
Please note in order to register with Parkwood to be put forward for this work you must be able to provide the following documentation:
1) 2 Managerial References (work contact details)
2) 2 passport-sized Photos
3) Passport
4) Proof of National Insurance Number
5) 2 x Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement)
6) Hepatitis B titre levels (Blood Test)
7) Evidence of immunity against Rubella (Blood Test)
8) Evidence of immunity against Varicella-Zoster (Chicken pox)
9) Evidence of immunity against TB
10) GBP36 cash or cheque for CRB check
11) Current Manual Handling & Basic Life Support certificates
12) Any relevant professional development certificates
