I am looking for someone offering the above to rent a space in my beauty studio - must be of high standard and reliable/honest. The monthly rent will be GBP600 inclusive of all bills but the appointed person must be clean and tidy in appearance and surroundings. I will need to see some of your work. The location is about 8-10 minutes from Croydon near to purley way and there are parking facilities near by as well as buses and train.
