Ease your injuries and tension, and induce Deep Relaxation with Therapeutic Thai Yoga Massage

My name is Jag.
I practice Thai Yoga Massage and would like to offer to you this beautiful massage art form. Perhaps you have sustained an injury, through sport, in an accident or gradually with overuse; or maybe you are suffering with work related upper body tension; or you are feeling anxious and stressed and wish for deep relaxation. In my experience, Thai Yoga massage is the most powerfully therapeutic massage for musculo-skeletal troubles, especially poor posture and shortened muscles, tension, sciatica, headaches, to name but a few; and for improving the health of the internal organs, as well as calming emotional upset.
For those who wish for a deeper massage, this is a delight. Thai Yoga Massage is given on a futon mat (on the floor) with the recipient fully clothed. It uses a combination of compressions, slow pressing into the muscles (imagine it as sinking into the muscles), and applied yoga stretches. This is its great strength, for to rehabilitate muscles they must be compressed as well as stretched, and is particularly great for sports people of all fields. The massage is given rhythmically and slowly and with mindfulness, like a moving meditation. It will leave you feeling more open and supple, energised and yet deeply relaxed too.
I offer this massage in sessions of 1.5 hours or 2 hours, at GBP75 or GBP90. I will visit you in the pleasure and familiarity of your own home, though if you did want to visit me at clinic (in Hendon, NW London or Finsbury Park, N London), that can be arranged too.
I believe that regular massage is essential in regaining balance within the body, and for maintaining good health, and for this reason, if you book 4 sessions with me, I will give you the 5th session for free! The benefits are accumulative, as is the case with regular exercise and a healthy diet. Your body will thank you for your commitment to your health.

I have trained in Thailand with the foremost western teacher of Thai Yoga massage, Asokananda, as well as with other schools and teachers in Chiang Mai. I have also completed 2 other practitioner trainings in London, in addition to workshops and continuous study.
I am also qualified in and practice Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports/Remedial and Hawaiian LomiLomi Massage, as well as Pulsing, Reflexology, Reiki and Hopi Ear Candling, and naturally integrate the understanding from these arts into my Thai Yoga Massage.
