Are you a smiling, energetic, fast-thinking bar-tender with a passion for food and wine?
We are a busy gastro-pub in Hammersmith, who specialise in providing first class service to our lunch and dinner patrons.
The position is full-time; live in. A strong work ethic, outgoing personality and passion for food and wine, as well as the ability to speak fluent English will be valued more strongly than experience, so please only apply if you possess these qualities and work to impress. Extensive knowledge of food, wine and beer is not required but a willingness to learn and participate in staff training days is essential. These include brewery tours and cellar management, WSET Wine training, whiskey and coffee training.
Good rates of pay and excellent opportunities to progress. The company operates, wherever possible, a ‘promotion-from-within' philosophy and many of our managers, including ourselves, began as members of bar staff.
