General Manager for new restaurant in Gibraltar
This is new fine dining Indian restaurant opening in Gibraltar at the end of March.The restaurant is set in a beautiful new marina complex near the Spanish border. We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-starting General Manager to run this 80-90 cover venue. This could suit an experienced Deputy Manager from a similar background ready for a first General Manager position. You will be leading a team of 9-10 staff. You will need to be available to leave for Gibraltar in mid March with some pre-departure training in the U.K. first.

Salary GBP25,500 per annum
