Le Café Anglais is recruiting – FULL TIME BARPERSON – with immediate start to join the professional team within this trend-setting environment.
The ideal candidate should have experience of working within busy bars with both high volume and quality expertise.
You should have a reasonable knowledge of wines and be interested in expanding ths further. You will also be able to assist with the service of wines in this busy restaurant bar. A good working knowledge of cocktails is also an advantage.
You will need to 'hands on' both behind the bar and also serving wines on the floor.
Some basic bar administration will also be required including stocktaking. (Training will be given in this area)
You will need to have a passion for delivering the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction
Excellent presentation and spoken English.

Salary Circa - GBP20,000 - GBP22,000 dependant on experience
