Temporary contract for a Secretarial/PA for a leading bank in the City
Seeking highly skilled secretaries with strong attention to detail and follow through skills who have a proven track record of working within the finacial sector.Candidates must demonstrate a very high standard in the following
* A knowledge of concur ( this will be tested )
* PowerPoint/Excel/Word
* Dictation and typing (70WPM) This will be tested
* Taking minutes at meetings
* Updating databases
* Answering the telephone and taking messages
* Arranging meetings/conference calls
* Photocopying and filing
Candidates must have a very flexible approach to work and be extremely well presented and articulate.
Guaranteed 40 hour week at a rate of GBP14.00 p/h
Daily bonus paid on completion of contract.
