* Advanced Certificate of Ability to Teach Chinese as a Foreign Language issued by China's Ministry of Education (the highest attainable level in this field in China)
* 13 years experience of teaching Mandarin in a university
* Bachelor's degree in Chinese Language and Literature,
* Master's degree on Chinese-English Translation
