I offer a free personal fitness consultation, which can include a comprehensive analysis of your current strengths and weaknesses.
From this consultation we will establish realistic goals and agree upon the best approach for you'; a comprehensive response to your individual requirements.
Utilising years of experience working with everyone from celebrities and professional athletes, to people who have never before received personal fitness advice, I have delivered carefully designed programmes including:
