We have one pallet (216) of new unused Redland Mini Stonewold interlocking roof slates in Breckland Brown (colour 52) overall size 418mm x 334mm (coverage = 9.9 per m2 )
These can be used for low pitched roofs (min pitch 17.5 deg max pitch 90 deg )
Cost 94p each, will sell for 60p each.
Also approx 250 second hand clay roofing tiles left from a renovation project. Size 11" x 7" @ 30p per tile (normally 60p incl VAT to buy. Buyer collects.
