We are a North London based company and are looking for a large five or six bedroom flat or house in any of the following areas -
Hammersmith
Earls Court
Shep Bush
Barons Court
West Kensington
Maida Vale
We are willing to pay between GBP500 to GBP700 per week exclusive of bills based on location,size etc and sign a minimum of one year contract in the name of our company.
We will then RE RENT the place as rooms to professionals from overseas and as far as the owner is concerned the rent is guranteed regardless of whether the place is full or otherwise.
Place should have a minimum of two toilets and two baths or showers.
