With nearly five years' experience as a fully certified CompTIA A+ IT Professional I have seen HUNDREDS of personal computers in domestic and corporate situations with a HUGE variety of problems.
I have a large number of repeat customers and always do my very best to solve your particular problem.

I offer a call-out service which I have never charged a fixed call-out fee for simply visiting you.
I can attend pretty much any location in Central and Greater London by appointment.
I don't charge VAT, and can give you a proper detailed invoice with a written 30 day guarantee on any work I do. This means that I will come back and repeat the work to your satisfaction for no extra charge if need be within the guarantee period.
My normal minimum charge for a domestic or commercial call-out is chargeable per hour but if you have a serious problem which requires a lot of work I can offer you non-obligatory fixed rates which are very competitive and a great deal cheaper than my hourly rate.
Some IT problems are unfortunately terminal and cannot be fixed.
I can give you the very best advice possible under those circumstances and charge nominal rates as low as GBP25 for doing exploratory work and giving you the right advice under these circumstances.
Remember that the cheapest IT technicians are not always the best and that 'no-fix-no-fee' offers can carry an expensive catch. Avoid techs who don't give itemised written guarantees.
