One or Two Bed Flats in Clapham Old Town and Clapham North

I have just let a house in Clapham Old Town at GBP2,145 per month and have several ready applicants (professional / city workers) who missed that property but now urgently need accommodation.
I am a letting agent specialising in Balham and Clapham flats and houses. If you have similar properties in excellent condition you need to let quickly then please contact me. I am confident of signing up a tenancy agreement within a few days.
My fees are reduced as I have tenants waiting (some of whom were registered with us as buyers but now wish to rent for the foreseeable future). I am happy to agree a fixed fee equating to approximately 5.5%. There are no extras save for a GBP50 Tenancy Deposit Scheme administration fee.
We can discuss a package tailored to your individual needs as a landlord if you would like me to manage your property as well.
